I have been in the ceramics program for 4 years now and have acquired A LOT of pottery. So in an attempt to get rid of some clutter, I am putting a bunch up for sale/grabs. I will probably post the ones I am selling in a mass photo so that you don't have to look through my whole gallery to find something. I'll label them and put numbers by the picture. Just keep in mind that these aren't going to be a lot of money, if any at all. My work is by no means professional. But keep in mind that there will probably be a shipping fee, because I have no money. If this interest you at all, let me know.

So there's a couple of things that are coming up that I'm super excited about.
1: I'm starting an independent study next semester, So I've started to plan for that and I think it'll be great for my portfolio.
2: I have improved a lot with my ceramics skills, so stuff will be posted soon. I'm pretty excited. I have a tea pot set that I made for [link]. so that will be up soon.
3: I'll have a lot of new photography to post next semester as well. I'll be busy.
4: I am officially enrolled in college so now i have a lot to plan for that.

Hopefully I won't be too over whelmed.

Talk to yall later.

I'm back! I love traveling but it's always nice to return to wherever you call home. My family and I visited A LOT of places in a short amount of time. The first two days were on the mainland. We landed in Athens, then the next day we went to see the ruins in Corinth and Olympia. Both were beautiful! Then the third day we headed back to Athens to catch a ferry to Paros. Sadly we were only in Paros for less than 24 hours but we saw a lot while we were there. I got to go visit a resident cermamics studio called Yria pottery (you should check them out online at [link] to see some of their work) and many different villiages on the island. Then later that day (day 4) we caught another ferry to Santorini which was a completely different place than Paros. More cliffs and winding roads. The road from the Main Port up the face of the cliff had at least 5-7 switchbacks on a road that was only a lane and a half wide. It was rather nerve wracking. Then while we were on Santorini we visited a black sands beach, which by the way burn your feet like crazy, and I learned to drive a stick shift car, which was pretty cool. Then the next day we took a cable car down to the Old Port and the donkey's back up the island. Somewhere close to 570 steps. It was a great experience. Then we were headed back to Athens. The last night we were there, we had a family dinner in the Plaka, drank some Ouzo and danced the night away, well I did at least...hehe. Anyways. It was a great trip. I didn't know how to speak any Greek before but I picked some up on the way. And knowing how to speak spanish helped cuz the Greek language rolls their "r's" too.

This summer holds a lot of different challenges. I'm working on a portfolio for AP Studio Photo. The requirements definately require me to think outside of the box and work in different mediums. We'll see how it goes. I'll definately keep you guys posted.

Hello all,

I have just submitted the majority of my photo II final. I have a few black and white photos that were taken on a 35mm Olympus camera that I have to wait to scan in because my scanner blows. When I get my new scanner you can see the rest of my final and some of my photo I works. Please comment and critique. They are both greatly appriaciated.

Thanks,

Alli
